Option investors on Wednesday appeared to be taking bullish positions in IBM (IBM.N), hoping the tech bellwether will deliver upbeat earnings next week after Intel's (INTC.O) results impressed.Investors are "likely taking positions on hopes of IBM Lenovo thinkpad t61 battery can follow Intel's lead and post strong Sony VGP-BPS9 first-quarter earnings," said WhatsTrading.com option strategist Frederic Ruffy.
